- Guaranteed to be on time for each appointment We understand how important your personal time is and are committed to being on time. If were not on time, you can deduct $25 off of your job.
- Guaranteed pricing in writing prior to work beginning Before beginning work with Cutting Edge Handyman, each client is given a guaranteed pricing in writing for the labor portion of the work along with a detailed description of what work will be preformed and how it will be done.
- Guaranteed to never mark up the pricing on your materials Cutting Edge Handyman never marks up the pricing on materials; you will always pay the actual cost. Once the handyman returns with materials for your project, he will present you with a receipt and only ask to be reimbursed what is on the receipt and after the materials have been inspected.
- Guaranteed clean up at completion of the job We guarantee to always leave your property as clean as we found it. Our clean up process, including debris removal, is always discussed prior to the work beginning so that each step is covered appropriately and in writing.
- Guaranteed workmanship for one year For one year from the date of your invoice, Cutting Edge Handyman will correct at no additional cost any defects in the workmanship performed.
